Instead, they have postponed the vote until Monday. This is great news! There appears to be a disagreement among legislators over some controversial issues, such as Sen. Kelly’s anticipated proposal to undermine protections for marijuana concentrates.

Your elected officials are listening! Call or email today and let them know that you expect them to stand up for the will of the people.

  1. If the idea of treating Cannabis like alcohol was the intent, then by the Kelly amendment, there should only be 3.2 beer. No more in your possesion than a half rack and only consumed out of site of the public.

  2. Should read “Sen Pete Kelly (R, District A).” Cause, you know, it might be helpful for people to know the party of the person trying to limit their right to smoke weed.
