Cannabis World Conference & Business Expo Taking Place September 7-9 in L.A.

California is the most populous state and with it poised to be the 5th U.S. state to legalize recreational use it will be a game-changer in the cannabis business. The second Cannabis World Congress & Business Exposition (CWCBExpo) at the Los Angeles Convention Center will be the premier West Coast event for learning about the opportunities, new products and latest legislation that will be impacting the cannabis industry.

Registration is now open for this trade show and conference that will bring together all spectrums of the cannabis marketplace for three days of learning, networking and business-building. CWCBExpo LA will offer in-depth workshops, a full conference program and exhibit floor showcasing the most innovative products and services for those in the cannabis business or looking to enter this hyper growth industry.

CWCBExpo LA follows on the heels of a highly successful New York educational and trade show forum in June that had close to 4,000 attendees. Like its East Coast counterpart, CWCBExpo LA will bring together the best minds in the medical, legislative, financial and product development fields to participate in a comprehensive conference program. The educational programming will cover five tracks: Starting and Running a Cannabis Business, Legal & Finance, Science & Information, Legislation & Advocacy and Industry Trends & Innovations. Sessions being presented within these tracks include: “Building an Ark: Prepare for the Mainstreaming of Cannabis;” “Medical Cannabis for Pediatrics;” “Racial and Gender Diversity in the Los Angeles Cannabis Industry;” and “CannaTech: How New Technology will Help Grow the Industry;” to name a few.

CWCBExpo will also feature top Keynote Speakers and Part Two of its highly successful thought leadership “CTE, Concussions and CBD” panel featuring top NFL and NHL players, with a new panel of all-star female athletes. In addition, a high-level legislative conversation, “Failure is Not an Option,” is planned for CWCBExpo LA. All-day workshops will take place on September 7, with the Conference Program and Exhibits taking place September 8 -9.

“There is incredible change on the West Coast horizon, and we look forward to bringing CWCBExpo to the Los Angeles Convention Center to provide attendees with direct access to the right information, innovations, partnerships and resources to be a leader of this incredible change and succeed in this dynamic industry,” said Christine Ianuzzi, Managing Partner and Show Director, CWCBExpo.

“This is an exciting time to be part of the cannabis industry, and CWCBExpo is the premier learning and networking event covering the best opportunities and real-world challenges in this industry’s business and healthcare landscape,” added Dan Humiston, Managing Partner, CWCBExpo.

Support of CWCBExpo LA is already strong with Xanders and CW Hemp signed on as a Platinum Sponsors, Elixinol as a Gold and Press Office Sponsor, Socal Safe, SprayZone.net and Plus CBD Oil as Featured Exhibitors. CWCBExpo LA also has Realm of Caring and Coalition for Access Now as its Advocacy Partners along with Drug Policy Alliance (DPA) and Marijuana Policy Project (MPP) and many other products and services companies exhibiting.

Discounted early bird conference rates are in effect until July 25 for the Cannabis World Congress & Business Expo in Los Angeles (CWCBExpo LA) and can be found at www.cwcbexpo.com.
