Welcome to Hemp History Week 2012. This week, our voices will be heard: Hemp is for a Healthy Future!

The 2012 campaign is the largest yet: over 800 events strong! Retailers in all 50 states are joining more than 100 grassroots events and participating restaurants to host promotions, speakers, demos, cooking classes, bike tours, movie screenings, concerts, letter-signing drives and so much more. Find an event near you!

This week, our U.S. Senators need to hear from us, our friends and neighbors on behalf of industrial hemp. Take Action Today! As a bonus, select campaign sponsors are offering tasty deals on their hemp products for folks who sign.

Happy Hemp History Week and here’s to our shared vision of a healthy future with hemp.

Here’s to Hemp for a Healthy Future!

  1. If all fossil fuels and their derivatives, as well as trees for paper and construction were banned in order to save the planet, reverse the Greenhouse Effect and stop deforestation, then there is only one known annually renewable natural resource that is capable of providing the overall majority of the world’s paper and textiles; meeting all of the world’s transportation, industrial and home energy needs; simultaneously reducing pollution, rebuilding the soil, and cleaning the atmosphere all at the same time. That substance is the same one that did it all before, Cannabis Hemp … Marijuana!
