Hemp is one of the most versatile substances on the planet. Not only is it good for making fabrics and bio-diesel, it is also nutritious. Below is a recipe that was sent to me by the Hemp History Week campaign:
Raspberry Hemp Shake From Manitoba Harvest
Yield: 2 servings
1 cup frozen, preferably organic, raspberries
1 cup ice
2 tbsp Manitoba Harvest hemp protein powder (HEMP PRO FIBER works great!)
Â¾ cup of water
2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 packet of Stevia
1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
